Pre-wedding Consultation
For weddings that require music during the any part of the ceremony a consultation is usually necessary. You may book a consultation only at this time and book the music for your actual wedding day at a later date, however, I would advise booking the consultation and ceremony at the same time to ensure availability as dates are expected to fill quickly. A discount is given for booking the Ceremony and Pre-Wedding Consultation at the same time.
During this session Paul will discuss the various options available regarding piano music for your ceremony. Paul will make suggestions and play passages of music for you to help you decide the most appropriate music for your ceremony. If you have special requests for songs that are not listed on the repertoire page of the website please email this to Paul at least 72 hours prior to the consultation.
A tentative musical agenda will be drawn up during this session subject to later revisions if necessary. It should be possible to finalize the musical arrangements for your ceremony during one session however you may book addition consultations if necessary.
For consultations that take place at my home I am located in Zip code 63021 near 141 & Big Bend. I will supply you with directions to my house once your reservation is confirmed.
Ceremony Only with Pre-Wedding consultation
The dates and times of the wedding rehearsal may be arranged during your initial booking or at a later date. If you know the date and times of the wedding rehearsal now please fill in the relevant sections during the online booking procedure.
Option 1
Ceremony Only – with “pre-wedding” consultation at my home. - $450
- Includes a one hour “pre-wedding” music consultation at my home.
- Includes attendance at the wedding rehearsal (verbal run through only) with up to 1 hour traveling required.
- Includes attendance at the wedding ceremony with up to one hour traveling required using either my electric piano or a piano already located at the venue.
Option 2
Ceremony Only – with “pre-wedding” consultation at a location of your choice– you provide a piano - $500
- Includes a one hour “pre-wedding” music consultation at a location of your choice where you will be providing a piano.
- Includes attendance at the wedding rehearsal (verbal run through only) with up to 1 hour traveling required.
- Includes attendance at the wedding ceremony with up to one hour traveling required using either my electric piano or a piano already located at the venue.
Option 3
Ceremony Only – with “pre-wedding” consultation at a location of your choice – I provide an electric piano - $550
- Includes a one hour “pre-wedding” music consultation at a location of your choice.
- Includes additional work required to transport and set-up the electric piano to the pre-wedding consultation.
- Includes attendance at the wedding rehearsal (verbal run through only) with up to 1 hour traveling required.
- Includes attendance at the wedding ceremony with up to one hour traveling required using either my electric piano or a piano already located at the venue.
Wedding Day Cocktail/Dinner Music Only
Two hour minimum booking –using a piano already located at the venue. - $250
Two hour minimum booking –using my electric piano. - $300
Three hour booking –using a piano already located at the venue - $325
